REDUCE YOUR RISK- REVIEW PACKAGES
Package A---1 Hour Overview - ($200.00): We will provide an oral overview of your project in the context of current planning laws, building codes, Health Department ( if applicable) and construction issues. This can be done by meeting at our office or over telephone.Call for details and schedule.
Package B----2 Hour Site Visit - ($500.00) : We will go for a brief site visit and provide an oral review of your project at the site. This will give your project a professional second opinions in addition to those provided by seller, landlord, realtors, contractors, friends and books you read. Please note this is not an inspection.
